Good question. The answer is no, there is not. SmartSDR for Windows is the "client" part of the radio client/server architecture. The FLEX-6000 is the server. Since both parts work together in tandem, the client will not operate with out a server to connect to. We may be able to emulate a server at some point in the future to allow for a demo mode, but right now is is not on the development horizon.

No, not yet, perhaps in the future after SmartSDR 1.0 arrives on the scene. Jim K4JAF

Any update for the SmartSDR demo?

Any chance of some sort of demo program?  I've been taking my 6300 out for the presentations I'd been asked to do, but a clicky-clicky touch and feel demo would suffice and save a lot of messing about.

    Thanks and 73

I am afraid that there is no chance any time soon.  We are focusing our development efforts on other radio features right now.

HI Tim one easy way for make a "demo"  was put a radio at Flex office in RX only and let it available as remote connection  (once WAN was complete)

(once WAN was complete) = will be as Christmas and Easter together on one day for me! (still waiting over 2 1/2 years)

A demo version of SSDR ist not real helpful for a Ham who don't have a Flex6xxx. How many Ham's WITH a Flex6 have understanding problems.

A video clip, placed at YouTube, that shows the main functions are much better to see the peek of the "iceberg" SSDR
