Bug - CWL Reverts to CWU in 1.4.11

I prefer CWL. It won't hold. Sooner or later it flops back to CWU. 
Tried saving in Global Profile but does that matter? Is CWU/CWL part of PROFILE?
Whatever I do it sneaks back. Sometimes during startup. Sometimes during a band change. I never know when it's going to revert but it always does. 
Never a problem on previous versions.

    Do you have a CAT enabled application connected to the radio?  I bet that it is sending a CWU command to the radio that is responsible for changing it.

    Logging prgm Logger32 which I've been using for years. Nothing changed. It doesn't have options for CW sideband. Besides, it changed on me without Logger32 running anyway. Probably one of those things no one cares about. I just prefer CWL.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
