    As I am located outside the US I was charged shipping in the pre-order. However, I am not sure I will be at that location when it ships, I imagine the shipping will be refunded if the final destination is in the US, right?

    Yes I saw that Jay, with this new interface from Flex and the tool Walt is working on this puts Flex were there is just no other competition, in my view.

    If there is an error in calculating shipping it is usually due to a missing phone number or info missing in the billing/ship to address.  For some countries, you have to put something into the State field, like a period (.)

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
