Add choice of active slice on band change

Currently, when switching bands, if two slices were open in the new band the last time it was active, then the "B" slice is *always* selected as the active slice.  This might work occasionally if you're transmitting on "B" receiving on "A" and working a pile, but 90% of the time or more (at least for me), I want the "A" slice to be active.  Rather than defaulting to the current behavior, how about an option to select which slice is active when the band is selected?  (Even better, how about if the slice with TX activated is the one that is active - this will work in almost every case of my use of the rig.)  Now if it's already there and buried somewhere, someone please clue me in, but I can't find it if it is.  The reason I'm making this request:  I'm constantly fighting this behavior because I have to have 2 slices open for my logging software to work properly (DX4WIN), and it always selects "B" while I'm usually using "A" for both TX and RX.

Usually, one of the slices is "selected" on the panafall display. That will be the one that "moves" if you click on it to change frequency. THAT is the one that should have the band change. If it works like that now, OK, if not, that's the right change to make.

Hi Larry - regardless of whether the band was used in the current operating session or not, if A and B slices were both open, it will always revert to B being the highlighted/active slice on return to the band. It's just counterintuitive , at least to me.
