Found a "Unhandled Error" with the hardware ALC that I have been able to easily recreate
wonder if anyone else is using this and if it has showed a error after just a few transmissions.

With Hardware ALC off I never get this error at all.

Bret, I started getting a similar error last night but have not been able to track it down. I will try to turn off ALC and see if this fixes the same problem I am having.

This is an issue with hardware ALC.    As a work around, you can disable ALC and be careful of your exciter drive level.  It will be fixed in the next release of SmartSDR.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Thanks Tim,
Also for those with Solid state Amps like ALS1300,  ALS600, ALS500 with out Hardware ALC working, I would be very careful of over shoot. On my particular 6700 with the Slider set at 100 it puts out 125 Watts P.E.P. on both of my Calibrated Watt meters in SSB on 40 Meters, When I click tune it puts out 98 Watts as does CW.
