Default band at power on?

I've done some digging through forum posts but can't quite figure this out. When I turn on my 6300 there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to how it powers up. For example I just turned it on, loaded a profile for 40m SSB, and then exited SmartSDR. When I started SmartSDR again I was on 40m, but there was no slice showing, and nothing in the RX frequency display. Earlier I did the same thing on 20m SSB - loaded a profile, powered down, and then when I powered up again I was at the same frequency but the mode was set to CW. And twice now I have powered up and had two slices open, one on 17m CW and one on 17m SSB, and I don't have a profile for that.

It seems that there should be a default for this, like "default to last loaded profile" or at least restore the last state. Is there a setting I'm missing? Of is this the expected behavior for 1.3.8?

    Doug, my 6500 has the same symptoms. My workaround: I always load one of my profiles after starting the radio.

    Same here, at the moment it is 160m which is not a band I use very often

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
