How to assign a specified Flex-6000 radio to a specific instance of SSDR on a network

In the last several days I thought I saw a post on this but cannot find it searching the Conversations.
I have two FlexRadios on a single wired network with two computers running SSDR on each computer.
In the post I saw, there was advice about how to enter the ID number of a specific radio into the SSDR program on a specific machine to avoid conflicts between radios and computers. The post described how to place a .txt file with the radio ID in a directory of SSDR to accomplish this.
I thought the post was by Steve, N5AC but I am not sure.
I really want to do this!
Appreciate the help in advance.
