Incredible service on 6700 PEN

Was notified by Flex last Wednesday they were ready for my radio for the 6700 PEN. Shipped it to them that day via prepaid UPS. They received it Thursday, did the update on Friday, and shipped it back on Friday. I received it today. What incredible service!! The communication was absolutely first rate every step of the way thanks to Phillip Jurrens at Flex. Many thanks gang. My radio is back. Life is good.

    They got my radio on Friday and shipped it out this morning  (Monday), 1 day service is incredible plus paying shipping both ways, What an incredible company.
