How to record diversity reception in stereo?

Would like to record diversity reception in stereo. When I have diversity mode engaged I can record one channel via DAX to Audacity but in mono. How do I get a stereo feed (same as I hear in the headphones? Would like to stay in digital domain and not use line outputs to external recorders.

Again this is an attempt to apply audio concepts (stereo) to a digital oriented service.

Here is hoping that the 1.4 LAN, which (should) also introduces remote audio will do so in stereo and be responsive to the headphone/speaker/(Remote?) sliders on the GUI.
