Strange values in db scale on panadapter in v1.3

I have noticed in 1.3 but not any previous version that if I change about the scale of the panadapter by using the mouse or band change or even preamp on and off occasionally this appears mostly between the 80s and 100s.

I cannot manually produce this and I am afraid cannot provide steps but a picture tells a thousand words - so here goes! Notice the random '96' in this example. Resetting the view or scale clears this - even if '96' was not shown on the previous view.

I will attempt to replicate steps needed to create this.

It is a rounding bug.  We have it on the books to address it in a future release.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
