ZZFA COMMAND should read fractional frequency
The F6700 is not only a receiver; but, a spectrum analyzer too. If the ZZFA (or new command) command were to report frequency to two decimal places, rather than to the nearest hertz, the power of the F6700 would be enhanced considerably.
Many of us use the F6700 for frequency measurements in frequency measurement tests; but, are limited in the precision that we can read from the F6700.
Frequency reading/setting to two decimals would make the F6700 into a very powerful measuring tool both for amateur and lab use.

For FMT, I don't think any change needs to be made to the setting behavior, just increasing the readback resolution of the actual frequency set would be immensely useful (and probably much easier to implement than changing the setting behavior).
And with GPSDO available, why limit it to two decimal places?
