Are there DSP-NR & ANF settings that really work?

I've been trying to get NR set to work as good as my IC-7K/IC-746P and it is totally apples and tomatoes. My IC's NR works so much better in eliminating background noise and pulling weak SSB signals up/out that PwrSDR just cannot parrot. Woe be it if I run both NR & ANF on F3K - the SSB audio becomes highly attenuated, distorted, garbled.

Since I cannot find the right settings I consider this a BUG in PwrSDR w/F3K.
NR/ANF Tap/Gain/Delay are explained but 'Leak' is no where to be found in the current manual. 
Adjusting the AF/AGC-T helps considerably but what a fine line to walk.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
