Microphone Phantom power - is it on the rear balanced plug?

I thought I saw a reference that said phantom power is available on the rear balanced microphone port. My mic is not waking up when connected directly to this port. "BIAS" on SSDR setup is selected.

    I was told that it is only on the front panel foster plug. 73 Greg

    48 v " phantom power" for high end condenser mikes is not available on BAL connector. There is low voltage bias for electret mikes on front panel.
