Spot Button would be helpful

A momentary spot button that sounds the pitch tone while the mouse button is depressed on it would be helpful on CW. I need this to precisely line up a signal frequency when using the 50 hz filter

You may have already found this, but if you turn "Break-in" off, and hit the key, you will get ae side tone. You will also see a "pip" on the screen at the location of your CW signal. It isn't as easy as a spot button, but it works.

SPOT auto tune like in the 5K would be even better. Why not make a spot button to center whatever signal is in the filter passband....any mode? And....say you are tuning around and you see a RTTY signal. Click on it.....but the radio is not tuned so that the signal is tuned to the filter. So you have to guess where to tune so that the signal is in the filter passband. This should be automatic. 73 Greg

I almost forgot about the "auto zero" on my 1500. I haven't used the 1500 in so long since I got my 6500. That was a nice feature I would like to see implemented in SSDR.
