JT65-HF Rig Control setup: Need help selecting FLEX 3000 COM port for PTT

I have a Flex-3000 and want to use JT65-HF low power digital RX/TX. I am currently able to receive JT65 messages but when I transmit although I can hear my audio message the TX function on my FLEX does not activate. I assume I do not have the correct com port selected in the JT65 Rig Control. Currently I am using COM1 as the PTT Port. Can someone please help with deciding what COM port I should be using?     I have an easy to follow step by step installation for JT65 & JT9 in PDF format for the previous generation of radios. Such as the F-5K. 3K and1.5K. If you like to receive a copy.
