Curser Frequency read out on a Panadapter
Curser Frequency read out on a Panadapter It would be helpful if the frequency was displayed in smaller font somewhere on each Panadapter.as the curser is moved around the Panadapter... This way a open frequency could be identified without adding a slice receiver etc... It is easy to aproximate with the grid but that is not exact. Ken W9IE

The mouse cursor could show as a vertical line inside a Panadapter with a S-Meter and Frequency tool-tip. This way if you do decide to place a receiver slice, you can do so with precision.0

The Freq could then be displayed by a small FLAG attached to the Yellow line in each panadapter... I'll BET NN4ZZ could make a neat pictorial display of what it would look like.. What say Al Ken W9IE0

GOOD JOB AL, You read my mind... But the yellow line moves with the mouse pointer and is attached to the point. That way it is available for a double click if you want to do so.. IE: selecting a point to move the slice receiver and/or selecting RTTY etc etc IF no selection is activated it shows a place on the panadapter one could communicate to someone IE: " lets move to 14.025.010 Redo it showing the passband and then the mouse and yellow line off to the right... I hope I am not being a pain.... I wish I had your Graphic capability... Thanks, 730
