Still have the hiccups in 0.15

despite the fact that I really thought it was gone, and said so, the hiccup is still there. I hear it on the monitor and on the Orion. It came back when I turned the speed up above 18 wpm,and sent for any length of time. If I pause for any length of time greater than what seems to be one dot length, the program assumes Next Letter and pauses accordingly. The keyer wants perfect code and I cannot give it what it wants. This is the only keyer program I know of which does this, and It is useless because of it. I suggest that someone actually sit down and experience this, then juust fix it.
