Poor Opposite Sideband Suppression

I recently had a QSO on 40 Meters with another Flexer with a 6500. My lower sideband was S9+20 dB but my upper sideband was S9. I am running Version 0.13.10 with a 6700 without the GPSO unit. The PC runs with the XP Operating System. It was suggested that I power down and power up the 6700. That "fix" only works part of the time. If the display shows the opposite sideband while transmitting then the problem is there. This issue was closed 17 days ago but not for me!

Hi Rich, See Gerald K5sdr's reply in the below link. Basically the problem has been fixed but didn't make it into the current prerelease version 0.13.10. http://community.flexradio.com/flexradio/topics/unwanted_sideband_rejection_bug regards, Larry K1UO

Hello Larry, Thanks for your reply. Last night I powered down/up the 6700 three times with a cold "everything" restart in the middle and still had the problem. It finally went away on the fourth time. This is frustrating for me and a bit embarrassing as many of us take pride in the quality of our transmitted signal.
