how do I reset the virtual com port 4 for the radio there seems to be a conflict

    Have you looked in the SmartSDR CAT User's Manual? There is a description on ho to create a new dedicated port and assigned it to your radio. If you still have issues after referring to the user documentation, let us know so we can help out.
