Ext vs. Int Tuner Speed

Hi All,

I understand an external tuners have a wider range. I am considering buying the int tuner from Flex. Is the Flex int tuner faster or slower than the ext? I know speed will be effected by how off the match is, but comparing apple to apple, would could i expect with the speed?

I only have the internal timer, but it rarely takes more than a couple of seconds to tune.
