Radio Controls processor settings not saved

I just received my Flex 6400 a few days ago, using SmartSDR for Mac, and have noticed that if I adjust my microphone processor settings in the Radio Control panel, the information is not saved. If I change bands the processor setting goes back to zero. I also tried saving under Radio-Profiles-Microphone but the information is still not saved. I contacted the SmartSDR author and he said the info is saved locally by the radio and to reset the Client ID. I did this, but the settings still won't save. Can any of you help me with this?

    There is a check box in the setup configuration

    "Save settings on power down" you need to check this box in setup settings. Then set the profile for tx and Rx and power down. Power back up and the settings should be there.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
