Bandmaster V/Flexradio 6400M Help!

I had to disconnect my PGXL and have reconnected a SPE 1.3K FA Amplifier. I have a Array Solutions Bandmaster V that controls my antenna's. But for some reason even though I have the USB Cable which is connected to the Bandmaster V and also to a USB Port on the back of my Flexradio 6400M it will not read my radio for some unknown reason. I have tried N1MM, and there are no problems. I also tried Log4OM and there is no problems with communicating with the log program. I realize the Bandmaster V is not the easiest device to program, but I think I have it where I want it with my antennas, The only problem if the radio will not communicate with the interface, it will not automatically pick the right antenna. Can anyone lend me any assistance with this?
