obs studio audio quit working

i use OBS studio to stream. I have had no problems until recently. I have a 6300 running 2.6.1
I select "DAX Audio RX 1 (FlexRadio Systems DAX Audio)" in OBS which is what i have always done. Now no audio shows up in OBS. The DAX control panel is working and blue, showing audio.I have uninstalled obs studio, reinstalled it. rebooted puter and the flex to no avail. I even looked at device manager and all the drivers look good to me. my desktop audio does work in OBS so i the problem seems to be in the DAX.. HELP i am out of  ideas.

    Interesting that DAX is streaming and showing audio level. What happens when you connect a different software program to use the DAX Audio RX1 signal?

    I had rx1 stop working for me the other day, and changed all software to use rx2.

    the next day it came back.  dont know why

    Upgraded to the latest version of OBS and now audio from any DAX is no longer working. I know my DAX is working fine using WSJT and other software.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
