SmartDax connectes to radio, but SmartSdr and SmartSdrCart do not

When I connect to smartdax I get a message Station DESKTOP-UTQHU3T is not connected. What is going wrong. I am on Windows 10 and my pc is active. I've connected to this radio (a friends radio) from this same pc before.

    You have to be connected via SmartSDR as well. Also if their radio is not ??? loged in ?? then you would not be able to connect as well.

    So question is are you logged into SmartSDR and on the remote radio as well?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
