Don't get too excited about your trade-in value… they only offered $2299 for my 6600M which was in excellent condition and very low usage. Without asking any questions they stated it was 7 years…1 -

I'm still committed to buying my 8600M. My post had more to do with the poor "managing of customer expectations" than not wanting the new radio. I would have preferred Flex had said no…2 -
