You could use different profiles. However, you should never be using the tuner on the radio if you are also using an amplifier at the same time. Your tuner should be in bypass. 73-1 -

We are aware of this issue. No timeline yet as at this point we do not even know if it is a Windows issue or a DAX issue. All we know are the symptoms, but not the root cause.0
