Short answer. No. It was not designed to do that. You can open it up and unplug the tablet control cable though and it will then behave like a 6600.1 -

The FLEX series radios have a 2 year warranty and you can extend that to 4 years. As well, you get a 30 day return policy. We think they are the best in the industry.1
