From DX I could get it shipped overnight and flex said it would have been at least 10 days (not sure if business or calendar) on their page and it was the same price.1 -

I found the problem, one of the fuse holders was actually broken. I called DX Engineering and they are going to replace it.1 -

Hey @SmittyHalibut may not be using the proper terms but: 12V→24V upconverter cable to run the new Maestro C off of bench/portable voltage easier. I as well like your Halikey. This may already exist …1 -

Have you verified you don't have the sidetone level turned down all the way. In this screenshot mine is set to 44 it's the slider above the L/R.1 -
