  If you are using SSB, are you driving it with a proper level? Stay in the yellow, remember, with Flex you don't want the audio drive to be in the red.

  Look to see if you have ghosted serial ports. You might be trying to set up COM27, and it's already assigned.

  I'd reset the radio on the radio's power switch. Hold the power switch down until it glows white instead of green. Then it will reset and boot up. Let us know if this works.
