  I did dame thing till I installed V3, only reason I added speakers is V3 won't play back recorded audio unless speakers plugged in radio, less **** on desk

  yep! my 6400 does same thing, most of times a few red blinks when power bleeds off, and a quick green blink when you turn power supply back on!
