I think you've nailed the root cause Andrew. These aren't PSK signals.1 -
Re: Latest Windows update
I've also had several Windows updates where the PC would not boot with any USB devices connected. Unplug the USB devices and the PC boots fine. Sometimes I feel like a rat in a maze.1
