No, this is one of the few things that a factory reset doesn't touch. We wouldn't want radios in Germany, for example, suddenly becoming US radios because they factory reset them. ;)1 -

In all seriousness, changing between versions of SmartSDR for Windows is as easy as launching from the shortcut/icon for the version you want to run and then waiting for the radio firmware to update.…1
