  Not only patches on a regular basis but 'hotfixes' for urgent matters. I am not in a position to say how urgent the OP's issue is.

  Sometimes I think that there is too much adjustment possible with the Flex. And this long thread is just about qualitative audio quality :-o.

  It is likely to be the strain of Flex's servers rather than anything local to you. I have the same problem too in England come SSDR release time. Cheers Guy
