  I am able to use my ATT iPhone as a Hot Spot and run 3.1.8 on the Surface Pro 5 i7 7660 CPU.Have you checked to see if it's a firewall setting?Perhaps Flex Help Desk will have some suggestions.H…

  NetTime works on Win 10 and keeps my Surface Pro exactly on time. Use Time.Is to verify.
