  My Flex6400 works before and after 3.18 upgrade but now I no longer use PC audio. I connect speaker directly to the FlexRadio, less delay, less network traffic.

  The original 256M SD card is nice stuff from Flex, do not swap it by another SD (you might consider faster, 100X?) It is very different from consumer grade SD card.As mentioned by Flexradio officials…
