XVTR signal getting into ANT2???

Here's a curiosity that I just noticed...

I was switching slice inputs to see how different antennas were picking up VHF Repeaters. The best signal was my Comet GP-6 running thru the DEMI LDPA, which made sense. The next strongest signal came thru ANT 1 that had an HF fan dipole. The really curious result was an almost identical magnitude signal coming thru ANT2 which was connected to a dummy load? And what if I disconnect ANT2 completely? No change????? Only when I disconnect the XVTR cable does the ANT2 signal appear to disappear? There seems to be some kind of signal leakage from the XVTR connector to the ANT2 connector.

Is this just some high frequency curious effect that has gone unnoticed?

It doesn't seem to cause any problem here, it is just a curious finding...

Any thoughts?
