I know there was one when this first started and I believe it should have a spot to refer to. Maybe it is there and I have not found it. I believe we should all realize everyone has a right to have a opinion about a product , especially if you paid the money to buy it. In expressing their like or dislike or wants and desires both pro and con should reframe from personal remarks like "that is silly, stupid , you don't know what you are talking about and most certainly references to race, religious, gender of political views.

Just felt this is a issue at times and there is no reason for it and I am surpassed it has been allowed to go on.

Dale - we monitor all posts and if there is a transgression of good Community etiquette, we address that personally with the Community member. 

The Community Code of Conduct is part of our terms of service and I have reprinted it below for everyone's review.

4.1 Get Satisfaction has the right, but not the obligation, to remove or block Content from the Get Satisfaction Service that it determines in its sole discretion to be in violation of these Terms of Service, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, that violates any party's intellectual property or that is detrimental to the quality or intended spirit of the Get Satisfaction Service. Get Satisfaction also has the right, but not the obligation, to limit or revoke the use privileges of the account of anyone who posts such Content or engages in such behavior.

4.2.5 Hacking or modifying the Get Satisfaction Service or another Web site to falsely imply an association with Get Satisfaction.

4.2.6 Implying or pretending to be affiliated with a company or organization with which you are not affiliated, or misrepresenting the extent of your affiliation or role with an affiliated company or organization.

4.2.7 Transmitting worms, viruses or harmful software.

4.2.8 Sending unwanted messages to other users (aka "spam").

4.2.9 Disclosing personal or proprietary information of another person or organization.

4.3 Get Satisfaction cannot and need not control all Content posted by third parties on or through the Get Satisfaction Service, and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Get Satisfaction Service you may be exposed to Content that you may find offensive, indecent, incorrect or objectionable and you agree that under no circumstances will Get Satisfaction be liable in any way for any Content, including any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any Content. You understand that you must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any Content, including any reliance on the content, integrity, and accuracy of such Content.
