What you want test? All test and calibration done at startup. No need for further test.

Dan, today there are tests are run at radio startup.  Much of the calibration software requires external test equipment that most folks would not have.  We also had issues with customers running the calibration software in the FLEX-5000 without the proper setup and corrupting the calibration data, necessitating a return to the factory as well as confusion over what the results meant, whether they had an issue or not, etc.  It's possible that we will add some of the tests we use in the factory that do not require test equipment back into the software at some point so that you can run these tests or so that we can run them with you on the phone if you suspect an issue.  This is not on our immediate horizon, but I think it is likely we will do in in the next few years.

My Array Solutions PowerMaster II arrived today and I tried to perform the production PA test. Bias test passes but PowerSDR 2.7.2 crashes when it tries to communicate with PowerMaster for the Null Bridge test. Tried several different com ports and both the USB to RS 232 and a regular RS 232. It does "wake up" the PowerMaster before puking. Running Win7.
    Anybody have any ideas ?

The PowerMaster II is not supported. Only the original PM was used to calibrate the 3000 and 5000.
