You do all software updates for the Maestro on the Maestro.  There is nothing for you to manually download. Just select the new version from the Maestro and run it.

Thanks Tim, because of the arrow saying a software update was needed I assumed it meant I had to upgrade SSDR in the computer.  Guess I still don't know why the blue arrow is there beside V1.7.32.15 on the maestro, but I'll try it.

OK, it's the Maestro itself that gets updated.  Doing that now.  Sorry about the confusion.

The blue arrow indicates that you need to download the Maestro / radio firmware package from the software distribution server via Internet.  If you see a green arrow, that means that the installed radio firmware is not compatible with that particular version of Maestro software and that the Maestro will up or downgrade the radio firmware, whatever the case may be, before that version runs on the Maestro.

There is nothing you need to do manually except select the version you want to run and let Maestro manage the software installation process automatically.

Charles,
1.7.32 for Maestro does not install anything new in the radio if 1.7.30 has aleady been installed.
To run windows SSDR, you should have 1.7.30 installed on the PC..   The same 1.7.30 in the radio is used by both the PC 1.7.30 and Maestro 1.7.32.
