I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work just fine on a FLEX-6600.

As long as the software outputs audio via DAX, why not.

Yep probably gonna need a lot of spectrum to pull it off. 6m - 160m???

The first analog TV was sent on HF, I believe. Not sure of the bandwidth. It was 30 lines. Today amazing things are being done with new codecs and modulation methods. I notice Steve left the answer open ended. He must be thinking the same thing. It seems impossible but you just never know... And it would probably be legal as image communications.

Sounds like an update to SSTV -- better codecs to expand the number of lines and the speed of transmission.  I'm not sure it would achieve the capabilities of Skype or iTalk, but may be able to get some possibility of motion on the screen.  Again, the biggest hurdle would be the bandwidth.

James no have not tried any of them.
My HD video experience is with several video servers and QAM modulators on a television headend I run on closed cable system.
Sri CW DXing is where my interest is.
