v0.16.4 - No TX on Tune on bottom Panadapter

v0.16.4 - When I have 40 meters on top and 10 meters on the bottom, and I make the bottom the transmitting panadapter, and I select tune, I get no power out. However, if I select the top 40 meter as transmit, and I select turn, I do get power out. 73 DE WI4USA Thom

    The only happens on the first time, when I go back and forth between the bottom and top, the TX will work on the bottom Panadapter. 73 de wi4usa Thom

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
