Have you had a chance to review the configuration guide yet? You didn't mention that in your request. http://www.flexradio.com/downloads/usb-cable-interface-guide-pdf/ Mike va3mw

    Rob,

I'm using two Bandmaster 3 with triggers set to ANT 1 and ANT 2. They in turn control two 2 X 8 Antenna Switches and two Bandpass Filters. The setup in the USB manual is from my system and the one that I'm using.

Make sure you're using the following wires to the DB-9 connector on the back of the BandMaster:
    Orange - Band Data A (Pin 1)
    Yellow - Band Data B (Pin 6)
    Green - Band Data C (Pin 8)
    Brown - Band Data D (Pin 4)

Black - Ground (Pin 5) If you've done this make sure you use the BandMaster Software App (connected via USB) to set the switch to BCD Band Data. This should work perfectly.

If it still doesn't work send me an email to w4ax.mack@gmail.com with your phone number and I'll try to help you over the phone.

Note: there is an error in the manual. The black (ground ) must be connected to pin 5 on the BandMaster. I've informed Flex and they are updating the manual. Confession: this is probably my error since I provide this configuration to them. I must typed 7 instead of 5. Apologies. I did speak with Rob and we have his BandMaster working.

Now corrected in version 1.3 of the manual.  Thanks for finding this error.  The manual will be updated online soon.
