There has been no indicators of features that would run exclusively on the 6400/6600 - it doesn't appear that the product hierarchy differs between the 6700/6500/6300 and 6600/6400 family along the lines you're speculating.
There are non-functional differences between the two families, as the 6600/6400 have cool lighting of course.
Presently I think the ONLY major feature segmentation appears to be on the number of Spectral Capture Units - SCUs - as some features physically require two SCUs (6600/6700), and on the onboard 2m compatibilities the hardware of the 6700 allows.

@KK9W - I'd take the 6300 to 6400 move as a lateral move, rather than an upgrade. There are differences though the delta (change) is not likely to offer you a different experience.
BTW the 6300 is an awesome radio - the one I had is now in the W9EVT shack were it runs 6-8 hours most days. Doing awesome at it too!
