Update on 2.x stability for those interested

Hi all,

I was one of the early morning 2.x adopters and had zero issues (except needing one extra refresh to see if licensed) getting things going.

After it was installed I had mentioned in a post that SSDR 2.x had lost contact with my radio on my own LAN several times.

Well that issue now seems to have disappeared.

Last night I set up SSDR 2.x on the same laptop, on the same WiFi connection and setup WSJT-X on FT-8 and just let it run all night long.

When I came in this morning everything was still purring away.  I saw a VK5 in the list so I gave him a call.  Two calls later he came back and gave me a -5.

So I think the stability is there for me.  Today at work I will try to leave SSDR running over SmartLink and see what happens.

Thanks FRS!

Another stability update.

After running 2.x locally all night.  I came to work this morning, setup a low bandwidth connection to my radio at home and I've had it running all day now.  Close to 7 hours so far of up time.

Left it running all night remote at the office and came in this AM and it was still running just fine.

Seems quite stable!
