UDP connection issues

I am working with a FLEX 6600M radio and am trying to receive data via UDP connection. I have successfully connected and sent commands via TCP connection and have gotten real time updates of change in radio settings such as current center frequency. When I use wireshark, I can see the TCP commands and responses as well as the FLEX radio UDP discovery packet but I do not see any data in the form of UDP packets.

I was able to receive and process the data a week ago, but it stopped working without me changing the testbed setup or the code, and I am just looking for reasons that this might be happening.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
