Issues Still present in the latest release

I've noticed two issues that are still present in SmartSDR 0.13.10. 1. The noise blanker still takes a long time to recover after transmit 2. Audio output is still weak on the de15 connector for data transmission

    I also note that the atu problem in cw still requires click tune then atu then click tune off manually after tuning completed. Still looking at things but definitely a lot of fixes. Carl/K5HK
