Is it possible to have two flex control knobs on a 6x00 to control A/B slice receivers? (or n + the number of receivers the radio supports?)

There are a couple of ways to enable 2 Flex Controls.  One is by using SDR-Bridge, the other utilizing the T-Knob setup functions in DDutil.  I've used both and they both work fine.  The DDutil solution is a bit more complex to set up, but gives greater programmability to the functions of the second knob.

Robbie, I think there are two ways that I know of to do this. I have never tried this so be forewarned that I could be flat out wrong,,,

SmartSDR can handle one so you need a second program to handle the second one. I know you can use DDUtil to handle the second one. I think you can also use SDR Bridge to handle a second one also.

Hi Robbie,
I use 2 Flex controls and have done it both ways.  I'm currently using SDR-Bridge but documented the steps for both ways on my web page.

Also there are 2 ideas in the queue that you may be interested in commenting on and adding your vote.

The first one is to enable support for multiple flex controls within SSDR.

The second idea is to create a Maestro-like device that would provide 2 knobs and more buttons.

I wish Flex would come out with an improved version of the knob so we did not have to do all this.

I would almost like to machine a custom enclosure and gut a couple flex control knobs and move move the electronics to the new enclosure with different buttons and locations.  But still lacking a dedicated volume and multi knob per slice.
