    I thought this entire list is for problems, questions, and responses. Am I missing something? Not sure why this post is necessary...but, I guess it's ok.

    I am closing this post and marking it as Not Planned..  First off, as K2MC points out, the essence of the community is for users to create  posts related to specific topics that  can be questions, ideas, praise or problems.  The post title is specific to the topic at hand and the resulting follow up comments are supposed to be directly related to the post topic.  Having a generic "Troubleshooting and Resolutions" post, while the intention may be admirable, the implementation in the community using a generic topic is not. Second, there is no way to keep information organized where it is useful.  I receive feedback from community members all the time about how they have difficulty distilling the useful information in a post  when the replies are numerous and off topic.  

    For these reasons, FlexRadio is not advocating a generic type of troubleshooting topic on the community.  If you cannot find an answer to your problem, I highly recommend that you submit a HelpDesk support ticket to receive direct, one-on-one technical support directly from FlexRadio Systems. Opening a HelpDesk support ticket will ensure our highest level of customer service we can provide.  For details on how to submit a HelpDesk support ticket, please refer to the following URL: http://helpdesk.flexradio.com/hc/en-us/articles/202118688-How-to-Submit-a-Request-for-Technical-Supp...

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
