Just worked E30FB on 15 meters. Don't think it would have been possible without the Flex's great notch filter(s). Funny how so many people test their keyers and AM rigs right near DX... But no matter! DXCC 245 in the log.

Congrats! Worked him Saturday from our club station with a Yaesu FT-2000 and a Heathkit PA with 1.5kw and a Optibeam - barely made it. Heard him afterwards at home with my 6500 and my small frame antenna on my balcony .... what a difference!

Nice going George. I never heard of Eritrea, it's north of Etheopia. Flex radios are great.

The TNF is the best filter that Flex has invented...  as it was with PowerSDR and now with SmartSDR.

It helped me, too, to work with E30FB on 10m Ph on Sunday.  There are Jams on near his carrier freq and 2Khz higher that were almost wiped away with TNF.   Thanks to these Jams, there were not so many calling and I could get it easily with a few calling.
Thank you to Flex6500 and FRS!!
