Still random "pops" and keying hiccups on CW TX (1.3)

After upgrading to 1.3 I'm still experiencing random "pops" and cw keying hiccups during CW TX. (6300) There was some hope from a engineering reply to my last posting that 1.3 may cure it but it hasn't . Power output has no affect, same problem with zero power out. The popping sounds exactly like what I hear when clicking on some of the SSDR buttons. The cw hiccups are very random and present as just a missed element during keying. Connecting through a router or direct has no affect.

I'm not 100% sure it's not my setup, but I have no idea what it could be. It's a new I5, win 8.1, 16gb memory. From memory it worked fine with a 6500 a few months ago.

(Additionally I connected to a second computer that I used to run a Flex-5000 with no problems and it had the same issues)

If I'm the only one to experience this I obviously need to look into my setup. Any Suggestions?

Thanks
Tim

I have changed this post to a problem topic and entered it our bug tracker for additional investigation.  Thanks to everyone with a 6300 that has provided their issue descriptions as this helps a lot.
